In case you guys already forgot, our friends in INTWINE will be hitting Germany for 2 shows in May.
First in Ahaus at the Logo, on the 23rd and then in Hamburg at the LOGO on the 25th of May. LOFFT from Hamburg will be supporting INTWINE at both shows.
So if you’re up for a masterful mixture of Rock, Reggae and Metal just get to one of the shows!
Intwine 2009
INTWINE have been on tour a lot lately. As they would really like to share their impressions, guitarist Jon has written a little blog to give you some news and personal words.

So here’s another blog from the Jonster just to tell you all how everything has been going lately. As some of you might know we’ve been doing some shows with Skindred in the Netherlands.
It has really been a blast for all of us and it’s good to be playing with a band that makes the crowd bounce! I’ve gained a lot of respect for these guys for putting on really energetic shows every single night. I also really dig the caribbean flavour, just seems like a good match!
Anyway, so thanks to all you crazy fans for coming to the shows, even though we could only play for 30 mins every show! Your support is hugely appreciated! So what’s coming next?
There are some shows coming up, both Rock and Rumshop (acoustic) and more will be announced really soon on our website. This time around we’ll be doing some Rumshop shows in small clubs instead of theaters. I think this will be interesting because we’ve never done it like this before, hope to see you all there, I’m sure it will be a blast. Oh for all the Dutch readers we’re really sorry about having to postpone the show in Arnhem (the show is now set for the 16th of April). But again we’re looking forward to rocking out and seeing you all there. To all German fans, we are coming over at the end of May to rock some shows throughout Germany and we are hoping to meet all of you guys out there. Unsere schnieken Jungs von INTWINE haben uns schön Rede und Antwort gestanden zum neuen Album – bzw. – was rede ich – eigentlich hat Gitarrist Jacob die Fragen gestellt und wir haben einfach nur lachenderweise daneben gesessen…
Ihr wollt reinhören – kein Problem – hier gibts die drei Teile zum hören!!!!
Wir müssen euch mit Bedauern mitteilen, dass Pablo Penton ab sofort nicht mehr Teil von INTWINE ist.
Da Pablo in der Vergangenheit auch andere Verpflichtungen eingegangen ist (u.A. bei Alain Clark), war es für ihn unmöglich, genügend Zeit in INTWINE zu investieren.
Es war für niemanden eine leichte Entscheidung, vor allem bei den vielen Zukunftsplänen der Band.
Die „Rumshop Session“ Tour im Oktober und November sowie auch die Europa-Tour, die für Ende dieses Jahres gerade vorbereitet wird, werden wie geplant stattfinden. Die Shows werden dann mit temporären Bassisten gespielt!
INTWINE werden währenddessen versuchen, einen neuen, charakterstarken Bassisten zu finden, der zur Band passt!
Pablo (2. v. r.) ist ab sofort nicht mehr dabei!
Schon eine Woche nach ihrem letzten Besuch in Hamburg, kehren die Jungs von INTWINE in die Tiefdruck-Heimat zurück: am Freitag, den 21.08. werden sie das 3-Tages-Festival “Rockspektakel“, das jährlich auf dem Hamburger Rathausmarkt stattfindet, eröffnen!
Das Ganze startet um 18Uhr und ist KOSTENLOS!!! Kommt also vorbei und schmeißt mit uns gemeinsam eine fette Party, die dem guten Ole im Rathaus die Ohren wegbläst! 
Ihr dürft euch neben INTWINE übrigens auch noch auf Bands wie 4LYN, Ohrbooten oder Pohlmann freuen…
